The spacious main house is perfect for large groups of up to 8 guests, with the option of additional space for 4 more guests in a family space of their own in the self-contained annexe.

Bedroom 3: Kingsize bed, Freeview TV, Velux window and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.

Detached additional property to sleep 4 guests if required within own private building.

Oil central heating (underfloor on ground floor), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Large garden with patio and garden furniture. Hot tub for 6 (private). Private parking for 6 cars. No smoking. No pets. Please note: This property has a natural water supply from a spring.

"We loved our stay at The Hoggest. The views from the house were breathtaking and being able to enjoy them from the comfort of the hot tub was a bonus we never knew we needed. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and was a pleasure to cook in. The garden was perfect for our kids who enjoyed watching the sheep in the surrounding fields and playing around. Highly recommended and we will be back."

"The Hoggest is such an exceptional house. Beautiful, calming, well decorated and comfortable. The hot tub is incredible and the bedrooms are large and yet still cosy. Location wise it is quiet and away from the town and yet only a 10 minute drive to Keswick. There are many walks from your doorstep available, including Skiddaw and Blencathra. The views alone will make your holiday. We had a fantastic time here and cannot wait to return"
